Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final, except for eligible cancellations within 24 hours, damaged or incorrect items, or remedies required by applicable law. We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please review the product description, size and color before ordering.

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Email tonyturner@twiztedvybz.org with your order number and cancellation request. After 24 hours, routine cancellations are not available because processing may have begun.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where possible. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue and provide next steps. Do not return an item without instructions. These exceptions are not excluded by our final-sale policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping & Delivery

In-stock items are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Custom or out-of-stock items may require up to 3 weeks of processing. If we cannot fulfill an item as expected, we will contact you about available options.

U.S. domestic delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. Processing and delivery are separate periods. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, weather or carrier delays. Shipping charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout.

Check your delivery address before placing an order. Tracking information will be provided when available. If a shipment is delayed, missing or marked delivered but not received, email us with your order number so we can review tracking and assist with the carrier. Carrier delays alone do not automatically qualify for a refund; missing or damaged shipments are reviewed individually. Nothing here limits rights provided by applicable law.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled when you browse our store, create an account, place an order or contact TwiZted VyBz Apparel Inc.

Information you provide. Orders and inquiries may include your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details and messages. Account features may also involve profile and sign-in information. Passwords are not ordinary browsing data; never send a password or payment card details by email.

Browsing information. Wix and site technologies may collect IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and interactions. Cookies and similar tools support site operation, preferences, security and usage measurement.

How information is used. We use relevant information to process and deliver orders, manage accounts, answer questions, communicate about purchases, improve the store, prevent fraud and meet recordkeeping obligations. Promotional messages, if you subscribe, include a way to unsubscribe.

Service providers and payments. This store is hosted on Wix. Information may be stored or processed through Wix and providers involved in payments, delivery and store operations. Payment details are handled through the checkout payment provider under its policies. Providers may process information in other countries. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect lawful rights.

Retention, security and choices. Records may be retained for order support, business records and legal obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You can manage cookies through your browser and any consent controls offered on the site; disabling essential cookies may affect checkout. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask about other privacy rights available under applicable law. Some records may need to be retained.
